Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the Rabiya website, applications, and English coaching features.

Early-access service

Rabiya is under active development. Features may change, fail, or be removed, and availability is not guaranteed. You are responsible for keeping your account and device secure.

AI-generated feedback

Rabiya's explanations, transcripts, corrections, and suggestions may be incomplete or wrong. They are practice aids, not official language certification, academic advice, employment advice, or a substitute for a qualified teacher.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another user's data, disrupt the product, reverse engineer protected systems, submit unlawful material, or use generated content to harm or deceive others.

Waitlist benefits

Eligible waitlist members receive the benefits described at signup: the first month of Founding Plus free, then 30% off the $11.99 monthly Plus plan (configured as $8.39/month) while continuously subscribed, plus early beta access. Eligibility is tied to a verified matching email and may not be transferred or combined. If the subscription is canceled and restarted later, founding pricing may be lost under the policy shown at purchase.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically for the period shown at purchase until canceled. Current web subscriptions are billed and managed through Polar; older subscriptions may remain with Stripe. iPhone and Android subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple or Google under their store terms. Prices, renewal date, included usage, and any trial or discount are shown before purchase. Cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge. Except where law or the applicable store requires otherwise, fees already charged are non-refundable.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Rabiya permission to process it only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service, subject to the Privacy Policy.

Changes, cancellation, and deletion

You may stop using Rabiya or delete your account at any time. Account deletion initiates cleanup of an attached Polar or legacy Stripe customer and subscription. It does not cancel billing managed by Apple or Google Play; cancel those subscriptions in the relevant store. We may suspend access to protect users or the service, enforce these terms, or comply with law. Material changes to these terms will be posted with a new effective date.
